You don't pay. Our "no find, no fee" policy means you're only charged when we successfully locate your item.

How long does it typically take?

Most items on trains and in transit stations are located within a few hours. Retrieval and delivery within Tokyo usually happen the same day or the next.

Can you retrieve items from anywhere in Tokyo?

Yes. We cover the entire greater Tokyo metropolitan area, including all JR lines, Tokyo Metro, Toei Subway, and private rail lines.

I've already left Japan. Can you still help?

Absolutely. We'll locate and retrieve your item, then ship it anywhere in the world. International shipping is added at cost.

What items can you help recover?

Anything — phones, wallets, bags, cameras, passports, clothing, umbrellas. If it's been turned in to a lost & found office, we can get it back.

How do I pay?

All major credit cards via Stripe. You'll only be charged after your item has been located.
